Great breakfast buffet, better than I remember from 2019, when I stayed there before. The room is very big and I didn't have issues finding a shower or toilet when I wanted to. The location close to the Märzlibahn and the city centre is great and easy to get to. I'd also love if all cities would provide people taking a room there with public transport tickets. The beds are also more comfortable than I expected at a youth hostel. Wifi and usb plugs at every bed also were very helpful.

Beautiful view from windows. Peaceful atmosphere. Clean bedsheets and not white like usually you find in hotels. Warm water from taps and delicious food at a dining room. Friendly and helpful stuff. Good location close to bus stops and to main train station. Close shops, restaurants, parks and once again, close to viewing point which is just breathtaking! Close to museums as well as to river and swimming pools.

1. The receptionists were all very welcoming and helpful. They explained everything about the hostel and its facilities very well to the guest. 2. Clean and complete bed linen and sets provided with comfortable mattress and pillow. 3. Strategically located and near to Bern tourist attractions and public transportation. 4. The breakfast provided was really satisfying and highly quality meals served for guests.

This accommodation is in an excellent location just below the town centre and as close to the river as you can get. The facilities are simple but well designed, with a small number of carparks able to be reserved, lift access, walk-in shower, and ramps for those like me who use a mobility scooter. The meal options are also a plus.

Perfect location by the river but also the funicular up to the old town/centre. We had a twin room which was large and had lovely views. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We also had an evening meal which was excellent and good value. Breakfast was included and was also very good.
